The Compliance Optimization & Monitor Performance Accuracy Service (COMPAS) program was developed to assist you in your air compliance needs. The principals in this program, Rudi Muenster and Bill Mitchell, offer more than two decades of air program compliance combined - experience that you can draw upon to enhance compliance at your facility.

Audit Services

QA/QC Plans

Data Evaluation and Reporting


The primary function of this program is to evaluate the condition of your reporting air compliance data and the suitability of your monitoring plan and certification data against a data validation model prior to submittal. Through the use of our EDR data analysis tools, we can identify inconsistencies in the data that may cause a problem in an EDR submittal. Data inaccuracy often results in tighter EPA scrutiny and the potential electronic and field level audits, not to mention the financial impact in the trading market. This results in a significant drain on resources on both sides of the compliance partnership. Our experience indicates that a COMPAS Data Evaluation and Reporting service pays for itself within the first quarter and we are committed to working with you to make that happen.
