the Client's needs. These contracts typically include 24/7
telephone support and may be written to include quarterly
site visits, emergency site visits, and priority stocking
of spare parts. Pricing is available upon request.

COMPAS Program
The Compliance Optimization & Monitor Performance Accuracy
Service (COMPAS) program has been developed and is being deployed
to assist you in your air compliance needs. The primary function
of this program is to evaluate the condition of your reportable
air compliance data and the suitability of your monitoring
plan and certification data against a data validation model
prior to submittal. Through the use of our EDR data analysis
tools we can ascertain any inconsistencies in the data that
may cause a problem in an EDR submittal. Data inconsistencies
arising from abnormal system operation and utilization will
routinely cause fundamental errors when converted to the required
EDR reporting format.
Data inaccuracy often results in tighter EPA scrutiny and
potential electronic and field level audits, not to mention
the cap and trade financial impact. This results in a significant
drain on resources on both sides of the compliance partnership.
Our experience indicates that a COMPAS Program pays for itself
within the first quarter and we are committed to working with
you to make that happen.
