We offer two types of training:

• On-Site:  As part of an installation, field service engineers train operators, maintenance and environmental personal on day-to-day use and maintenance of the system and how to generate reports.

Follow-up post-installation training is also available and can be customized to address needed concerns, such as EDR reporting, use of ECMPS Client Tool.
 
• At Our Site: If more in depth training is required, system engineers can setup classroom environments to train operators, maintenance and environmental personal in our Baltimore, MD facility.

• Custom Part 60 / Part 75 Regulatory Training :

Do you or your staff need regulatory training? Consider these scenarios:

• Are you or your staff unclear about the requirements for follow up testing after maintenance has occurred in your CEM system?
• Do you understand the nuances of conducting fuel sampling and analysis and how to apply those results for Appendix D fuel metering systems?
• Are you somewhat familiar with the regulations, but don't really understand the differences between Part 60 and Part 75?
• When your plant operators receive CEMS alarms, do they respond with complete knowledge of the impacts of their actions?

If any of these topics makes you uneasy about your staff's ability to make the right decisions on both a daily basis and when trouble arises, regulations training may provide the foundation you need to improve your CEM system.

The range of training topics that can be delivered by the COMPAS team is as varied as the type of clients we serve. We can deliver this training to your facility and customize the topics presented to your needs. In this type of training, several of the exercises used in class will use your actual data. The number of days for the custom course varies according to the number and types of topics you select.

Your course can be customized from these topics:

• Background of Part 60 and Part75; overview of applicability
• How emissions are measured and calculated
• How missing data substitution is implemented in Part 75
• Reporting under both Part 60 and Part 75
• QA/QC requirements of both programs: what tests must be run, what frequency is the testing, and what are the requirements for each test?
• Fuel sampling and analysis under Part 75 Appendix D
• Understanding Appendix E and LME
