  1. You can email support@vimtechnologies.com anytime, although the Support email is only monitored during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday ET).
  2. Please do not email emergency requests. Please call 410-859-5455 or 866-484-6435 and talk to a support administrator instead.
  3. You can call 410-859-5455 or 866-484-6435 anytime during normal business hours (9-5 M-F ET). You can talk to a Support assistant who will take your information and start a Support Ticket.
  4. If you call 410-859-5455 or 866-484-6435 after normal business hours, you will be directed to leave a voice message for an on-call engineer. To ensure prompt and effective assistance, please provide the following essential information when contacting support.
Response Times:
  • Emergency -- 2 hours to respond
  • High -- 1-2 days (usually 1 day or same day)
  • Normal -- 1 week (usually 3 days)
  • Low -- 2 weeks

After-hours support is for emergency issues that can't wait until the next business day. No Support engineer will access your DAS without written permission.
