The leaders of this initiative have a combined 30-years of problem-solving expertise in CEMS and related air monitoring activities. They share their considerable experience with anyone who is having trouble meeting their compliance duties. As a result, The CEMS Academy has developed a comprehensive, rapid-fire 1-day program that focuses on real-world difficulties and how to manage or avoid them completely. Meet the Instructors

Andrew Rothenberger, VIM Technologies, National Sales Manager

Andrew has been in a sales facet for CEMS software for over 14 years having excelled from Regional Sales Manager to National Sales Manager and now acting National Sales Director assisting companies with recognizing the importance of having a useful and easy-to-use CEMs system. He uses all his acquired knowledge to envision effective processes, strategic plans, and innovative sales approaches for VIM Technologies’ clients around the globe.

Wade Day, STI CEMS, Founder & President

Wade started STI CEMS in 2003, running it from his personal shop. His team rebuilt the STI brand on a constant commitment to developing their expertise and their relationships. STI has a reputation of commitment to solving the mechanical riddles of their clients, as such, they have always surrounded themselves with the knowledge and wisdom of the industry’s most experienced CEMS technicians and suppliers.

Thomas Graham, Air Hygiene, Inc., Director of Air Hygiene University

Thomas Graham has been with Air Hygiene International, Inc. for over two decades. Since beginning his employment with Air Hygiene, Tom has worked under several different job titles including Test Engineer and Director of Operations. For the past 10 years Tom has been the Director of Education for Air Hygiene University (AHU) with an overall goal of training staff and clients to be safe, effective, and efficient in the art of air emissions testing.

Bob Bertik, Universal Analyzers, VP of Sales & Marketing

Bob has held the position of Vice President of Sales with Universal Analyzers since late 2004. Universal Analyzers is a retailer of Emissions monitoring hardware for the industrial field. Over time he has become the company’s foremost expert on the newest and most accurate extractive sampling systems, sharing this knowledge with peers at Seminars and Training opportunities.
