Coronavirus (COVID-19) Message to our Customers

We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact it is having on your daily lives.  As many of you already know, we have canceled our Training in Irvine, CA scheduled for March 24-26.

Presently, most of our employees are working from home.  VIM maintains a virtual private network and VOIP telephone system, so as a customer, your support and work with ongoing projects will remain the same.  You can contact us using the same telephone numbers and e-mail you are accustomed to.  Travel is being evaluated daily with alternative solutions discussed on a case-by-case basis.  We remain open for business as usual, albeit in a slightly different form.

Project Managers will be reaching out on all open projects to review deliverables and schedules and establish lines of communication throughout this crisis to make sure that your needs are met and that we manage deadlines accordingly.  Our three (3) offices in Baltimore, MD, Knoxville, TN, and Tempe, AZ will be closed to non-essential personnel until further notice after Monday, March 16, 2020.  Only essential personnel will be allowed on the premises to assure shipments and arrivals are maintained.
